I hope to integrate positive skill building, tools, stress reduction techniques, and a solid connection to the body and mind.
I merge a deep spiritual connection with the mind and body, by utilizing multiple Somatic and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) techniques. I practice yoga therapy, and deep breathing exercises, in combination with reframing negative thought patterns to help build resilience and reduce stressors you may be holding onto.
