I specialize in working with children with the ultimate goal of helping them feel successful in their day to day lives. I have worked with youth in the mental health setting for about 8+ years. My passion for helping children and families began with trying to understand the “bad kid.” I always wondered why they weren’t being successful in their daily lives and how I could help. I have a passion for helping children find themselves, find their voice in the world and find ways that they can be successful.
Through my education and lived experience I help children find themselves. I assist children in reflecting and reacting more positively to the world around them when they feel like they have no control. I collaborate with clients, parents and other social support in planning and working towards my clients goals.
