I believe in the importance of holding space for emotions of any size and through our shared vulnerability, we can work collaboratively to foster healing. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming person and therapist, and I love supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community.
Although my demeanor is peaceful and my vibes are always cozy, I do not shy away from heavier clinical issues. I am EMDR trained, have experience in treating borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, chemical and process addictions, trauma of all natures, changes in spirituality/loss of faith, mood disorders, and grief/loss.
The most important aspect as a counselor is developing a relationship with my clients that feels safe and accepting. The pathway to healing allows us to feel empowered to be our most authentic selves.
