As a dually licensed clinical therapist, my practice focuses on substance abuse and/or dual diagnosis (mental health concerns co-occurring with substance abuse). With extensive experience facilitating relapse prevention group therapy, I incorporate important topics to assist individuals with the recovery process. Some of which include identification of triggers, utilization of coping strategies, and development of relapse prevention plans. Additionally, I work with individuals who are solely seeking mental health treatment for issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief, and/or stress disorders.
Many people of all demographics struggle with difficult issues that impact their well-being but do not qualify as a mental illness. Therefore, I also work with clients on other concerns, such as relational issues and anger management. Of note, our clinic offers a six-session anger management course.
I utilize techniques tailored to your needs for an eclectic approach.
