As a therapist, my first goal is to connect with my clients—there are many effective ways to work with people to address life’s challenges, but the first step is to establish a warm, nonjudgmental, and authentic human connection. With connection and understanding, amazing things can happen. For more than a decade, I have worked collaboratively with people looking to gain insight into their experiences, feel better, and develop practical tools for change.
I regularly work with people struggling with stress, anxiety, life transitions, sadness, and grief, with an emphasis on both supportive listening and problem solving. Our sessions will be dedicated to learning about you, beginning to make a plan to help you reach your goals, help you increase awareness of your thinking patterns, and to serve as a guide.
