EMDR, Mindfulness-CBT and Psychodynamic therapy are a my mix of approaches that I specialize in to assist my folks in creating a greater understanding of themselves, past and present, and use body centered (somatic) approaches to assist in processing any underlying trauma that may be present or contributing to current disturbance.
