Childhood trauma can leave you with the sense that there's something wrong with you; that you are defective/different/unlovable. These feelings are likely projections that you received from your caregivers. This is a collaborative process, thus we will identify family generational patterns where your inner child continues to feel wounded that keeps you stuck and process life stressors. Here you will find a safe space allowing you to express yourself and feel validated. I empower folks to uncover their resiliency using a holistic approach.
The healing journey is the process of remembering, returning to, and expressing your truest self. Trauma shows up most clearly in our relationships, because it affects how we love, our ability to give/show love, and how safe we feel giving and receiving love.
