Greetings. I provide a safe space for the allowance of your emotions to be compassionately witnessed. My focus is in helping individuals, families & couples move from the murky place of uncertainty into a deeper state of self-knowing, wholeness and empowerment. Through holistic therapy practices I help clients move from the sympathetic nervous system of fight or flight into the calmer parasympathetic state where you are able to access your own inner wisdom to guide you into clarity and healing. I blend mindful, somatic body oriented therapy, Internal Family Systems & Gestalt therapy with a playful, humanistic approach.
With over 20 years experience in the healing arts, my journey began as a bodyworker where I was able to make the connection that much of our trauma lives in our tissues. Overtime my life journey led me to train in Shamanic Indigenous healing that connects us to nature and the web of life, to Hakomi Somatic therapy guiding us deeper into the emotional body.
I love the quote " A soul starts to mend when you accept yourself fully." This is the approach I take when working with clients. A gentle exploration into the parts that we might shame so that we can uncover the truth of who we truly are. I am beyond honored to walk this path alongside you as we move with curiosity, compassion, creativity, and trust.
