I utilize an eclectic approach of evidenced based treatments that includes CBT, Behavioral therapy, traditional psychotherapy, and DBT to meet each clients individual needs.
I’m passionate about looking at clients holistically, and I believe the relationship between the therapist and client/is the most important part of therapy. I pride myself on building strong, supportive, caring therapeutic alliances with my clients and tailoring treatment to their needs.
