For the past six years I have provided a wide range of psychotherapy services to children, families, individuals, and couples who have experienced depression, perinatal/postpartum difficulties, anxiety, grief, trauma, adverse stress, relationship conflicts, behavioral and developmental related concerns. My approach to therapy is always strength based, warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative.
In my work with clients, I partner them in determining goals to work on together, while utilizing the strengths clients already have within themselves and in their existing relationships with others as a catalyst for growth, healing, resilience, and transformation in a safe and empowering therapeutic environment.
