I work with individuals of all ages but specialize in working with children, pre-teens, and teens. Currently, I am only offering sessions through telehealth and would love to work alongside you on your journey towards hope and healing. In addition to lived experience, I have worked for over 10 years with individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. My goal is to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship and create a safe and accepting space where you can process your feelings and life experiences.
Beneficial cognitive and behavioral modification is possible when we understand how our minds work and why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. To achieve this, I utilize a culturally sensitive and person-centered approach with clients where they will gain the necessary skills and insight to empower them to create meaningful life changes.
