Do you ever take a step back and look at your life and wonder, “What happened?” You thought you were ready to take on life's challenges but they are kicking your butt. You have ideas and dreams to start but you cannot quite find something that sticks. You may be starting to question and second guess yourself. So, the cycle continues while you feel exhausted and overwhelmed.

The best part for me is watching my clients use the tools and skills we have developed together so they can grow into their best selves. I am highly empathetic to people’s daily struggles. I lead clients to those “a-ha” moments when they need them most.

Superheroes are my favorite! I absolutely love the Avengers movies but I also love to get lost in a mystery/thriller book. When I have extra time I love to cuddle with my fur babies, try out new recipes, or enjoy anything outdoors with my family. I am already working on my future retirement activities of golfing and camping!
