Depending on your unique circumstances, together we can determine what type of therapy will be most helpful. Some of these include: psychodynamic, depth exploration to promote psychological and emotional growth, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for specific symptom relief, or group therapy to improve your relationships. I also provide parenting/family work.
I believe it is important to state that recently I have taken a deeper dive into understanding as much as I am able my own race and culture as it intersects with other races and cultures. I have experience and education in the unique psychology of being male. Also, I understand the challenges of emerging adults. In certain cases, I can slide my fee.

Interpersonal process group helps build relationships by creating an interpersonal "microcosm" of the real world. Having a safe space to share yourself with others and take/give feedback is an opportunity to grow and to be offered care and support.
