I am a fully licensed therapist in the stated of Texas and I believe that everyone should have a chance to heal. I am a certified trauma professional. I seek to assist individuals to resolve a wide range of difficulties and achieve their goals. I work with teens (14-19) and adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance recovery and many other difficulties. I provide a safe space where we can discuss your situation and develop a plan that allows you to feel some relief from your current circumstances. We will create a plan that will help you navigate through everyday life and unexpected situations.
I utilize multiple counseling theories depending on the needs of my clients and consider myself to have an eclectic counseling style. I utilize various counseling methods including talk therapy, trauma therapy, and a range of others based on client's specific need. I know that no two people are alike and I am here to help you discover your unique story.
