I am passionate about assisting individuals and families in achieving joy and satisfaction. I have special expertise with psychological assessment for many diagnoses, with short term cognitive behavioral therapy, ADHD coaching, and therapy for anxiety. I work with children and teens in improving school performance, life skills, and family tranquility. Parents often work with me to enhance and strengthen their relationship and parenting skills, adults come to me for help with ADHD, anxiety, depression, spiritual issues and stress, and seniors often seek help navigating the aging process.
I am not only passionate about providing therapy and assessment, I also get great joy from supervising psychologists in training, teaching, and leading workshops locally and abroad. Some of my workshop topics include "strengthening relationships, learning conflict skills, anger management, and improving parenting techniques."
It’s a frustrating process these days finding a therapist in WA. Because I do mostly short term work, appointments are typically available within 2 - 3 wks.
