The ideal client is an adolescent or adult client dealing with the effects of ADHD, "failure to launch" issues, anxiety, life transition difficulties, relationship troubles, mood disorders, learning problems, decision making difficulties, parenting concerns, grief and trauma or career decisions.
Orientation to treatment is Cognitive Behavioral, which translates into a coaching approach that is solution focused, accountability driven and multicultural in implementation. I focus on the unique background, personal and cultural experiences of the client with the goal of moving them decisively towards the goals that they set while maintaining a safe, supportive, nurturing atmosphere.
Clients have access to other female providers in the same practice who focus on Couples, Family and Marriage Therapy and Sexual Dysfunction. Appointments are available as early as 10 am and as late as 7pm. Saturday appointments are also available.
