I bring years of life experience and current training in Person-Centered, (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Anger Management, (EMDR) Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to the table.
If you happen to be neurodiverse, I have specialized training to assist in reducing your symptoms of depression/anxiety. I have years of experience with young adults and mid-career professionals in finding their purpose and career direction.
