Philosophy & Therapeutic Approach "‹My approach is collaborative. I believe in working together with clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance to help achieve desired therapeutic goals. I enjoy working with children (as young as 6), adolescents, adults, and families struggling with navigating life transitions, including the transition to adolescence, the transition to parenthood, as well as parent coaching. My background also includes helping adolescents with social skills and peer relationships.
I have experience with two grief programs, and am familiar with helping both children and adults with the grief process during my 5+ years of providing therapy post-internship. "‹I have found that family systems, experiential, emotion coaching, and cognitive behavioral approaches promote the positive change my clients are seeking.
