I am a compassionate and supportive therapist with an unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of those I serve. Over my years of providing mental health services, I have gained experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, depression, grief, trauma, abuse (physical, emotional, verbal), sexual orientation, gender identity, and other common life situations. I especially enjoy working with people looking for change, offering a safe and nurturing environment for individuals navigating the unique challenges of every life stage.
When I am not working with clients, I love getting outside with my pup!
With a Master's degree in education (M.Ed) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. In partnership with my clients, I am committed to offering a safe and judgment-free space where individuals can openly explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of criticism.
I am a compassionate individual who genuinely cares about your well-being.
