My style is to coach you to reach your goals and along the way support you in healing your wounds or patterns. I provide guidance, tools and resources. I create a safe nurturing space to help you become self aware, grow and heal. Please note: I do not work with clients suffering from chronic mental illness, suicidal ideation, chronic depression.
