As a therapist with a leadership background, my expertise includes treating work/career concerns, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My focus is on helping you feel better, stronger, and more confident in dealing with the issues that are leading to distress in your life. I see therapy as a partnership where we work together on what matters to you.
