I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and have a passion for helping children and adults heal from their trauma. Additionally, I understand how occupational stressors such as long hours, heavy workload, and workplace conflict can have negative impacts to mental and physical wellness. I can assist clients with developing healthy professional boundaries, self-care plans, and career transition.
I take a person-centered approach that allows space for the client to move at their own pace. I have a passion for helping clients realize that their past does not define their future. As the late and great Maya Angelou said, “you did what you knew how to do and when you knew better, you did better”.
