We live in a world that is changing every day often creating stress, anxiety, hopelessness, and grief. My role is to walk alongside to provide support and perspective. Each individual is unique and an expert in their own journey. I encourage my clients to pursue their own authentic self while working to debunk societal norms that may be holding them back. I take a trauma informed approach that starts by bringing awareness to our body. I enjoy working with those who are 13+ (adults) to navigate relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma; supporting friends and family members associated to persons with substance abuse issues.
People lead busy lives and are often in autopilot which creates a disconnect from themselves. I work with others to re-discover the connection while incorporating body-based strategies to promote wellness and a deeper understanding of oneself. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and families both in a therapeutic and hospital setting.
Everyone can benefit from therapy. I work with others as a team to identify solutions and process thoughts. Empowering others to conquer their fears while making change has always been a passion of mine. I encourage you to make the first step and reach out!
