During the course of therapy, my focus is to learn about who you are and where you want to go in your life’s journey. My primary goal in that process is to create a supportive and a non-judgemental environment that can provide us the space to put successes into action and aid us in embodying them. Your goals can seem daunting at first, but together we will build a foundation that empowers you to not only achieve your goals, but also to strive for whatever comes next.
I practice with a person-centered approach and I am experienced in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I incorporate aspects of narrative, feminist, and existential based theories in order to best tailor to you. I offer counseling to adolescents, teens, adults, and couples, working through trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and LGBTQIA+ considerations.
Our lives can seem filled with an overwhelming amount of barriers that keep us from our successes. I will work towards aiding you in balancing life goals and the stress in your life.
