"Well, it's always something!" How often have we all heard and said this phrase. Yet it's true. Life is always presenting us with"somethings" - loss, problems, distress, despair - obstacles to our happiness and well-being, and to our relationships. For over 35 years I have had the honor of bearing witness to this process and reality. I provide a safe and caring environment for helping people learn to cope with the painful and confusing issues and situations in their lives, feel happier and empowered, and heal the wounds in both their relationships and hearts.
Over my many years in practice I have crafted a unique and simple approach that has been highly effective for my clients, which provides a clear and compassionate framework for understanding self and others, behavior patterns, and feelings, as we walk together on the journey of creating change and healing.
