I enjoy working with individual teens and adults, as well as couples and families who are struggling with a variety of life’s challenges. Common issues addressed in therapy include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict resolution, grief and loss issues, healing from trauma, managing life transitions, and setting healthy boundaries. I utilize a strengths based approach coupled with a variety of therapeutic techniques such as CBT and EMDR to support clients in reaching their goals and moving forward.
For over a decade I have provided mental health counseling in a variety of settings including inpatient, school based, intensive in-home family counseling, community mental health clinics, and private practice.
