Addressing Anxiety (Virtual/Telehealth)
A broad introduction to anxiety (general, social/relationship focused, panic and phobias). You will learn how cognitive behavioral therapy techniques can be used to gain a greater understanding of the process that leads up to it, how to address avoidance behaviors (phobias including social), eliminate safety behaviors, and the origins (beliefs, automatic thoughts) that maintain it.

Positive Behavior Change (Virtual/Telehealth)
Build your skills in addressing unhelpful/harmful behaviors such as the misuse of alcohol or other substances (or use in spite of desire not to), avoidance, isolation, and any other behavior that does not align with your values. A great deal of focus will be on identifying new, more desirable behaviors that align with your values and goals for therapy. Reinforcement will be explored so you can gain a better understanding of how these unhelpful behaviors came to be, what serves to maintain them, and how to use the same strategies to develop and promote your desired behaviors.
