My practice is focused on Christian Couples Counseling - both premarital and marital. I offer an 8-session focused approach to address areas that most challenge couples. God's intention for marriage is to make us more holy and for each partner to affirm the other in their faith and relationship with God, to open yourselves to receiving the Fruit of the Holy Spirit, and defend yourself against temptation by using the Armor of God. I will help you develop your spiritual disciplines and use the resources that are readily available -including prayer, fellowship, fasting, and Holy Scripture.
My practice focus is on Bible-Based Christian Counseling, Mindfulness, Compassion, Loving Communication and Positive Psychology. I am a Jesus-Follower who prays, reads the Bible and attends church on a regualr basis; therefore, I practice what I preach. By the grace of God, I also am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 30+ years of clinical experience.
Life is challenging, even when you are a good person. Jesus never promised our lives would be easy, but He did promise that we are loved and He is always with us.
