I have four years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in different mental health settings. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I also have experience working with individuals and families identify intergenerational patterns that impact both the individual and the family system. I am passionate about helping clients work toward meeting their goals and reach their potential.
I tend to take a warm and direct approach in order to make the most out of your time and address things that may be difficult to discuss. I have also been trained in Seeking Safety and TFCBT if you prefer a more structured approach to treatment.
I am committed to providing culturally sensitive services and welcome different ways of thinking in your treatment. I think the therapist/client relationship is a critical aspect of treatment and encourage clients to openly discuss concerns, as they arise, in sessions.
