The people I work with are often struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma that has caused them to be unsatisfied with their relationships, their environment, or themselves. My clients often need to develop self-compassion, confidence, and healthy boundaries to reach their goal of a life filled with pleasure and purpose.
With over 10 years of professional experience, I use a multitude of clinical approaches to help clients build insights, coping skills, and holistic routines to achieve their goals. I approach each session with a trauma-informed mindset and will work with you to create a relationship where you feel supported as you work towards your goals.
Entering into counseling, whether it is your first time or tenth time, is a challenge. I encourage my clients to lead each session at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for them.
