Some of the tools that I utilize are: EMDR, IFS, DBT, Somatic and Mindfulness techniques. In addition, I offer Psychedelic Integration, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and EMDR Intensives.

The Gift of Presence
A group for individuals who wish to explore the power of presence and the emergence of their intuitive process. In this group we utilize drama therapy, somatic exercises along with mindfulness in a fun and playful way to engage the senses and to explore being grounded in authentic self and the present moment. This group will be held in a safe and collaborative space in community with one another.
