I like to support people in living their lives in a way that can feel authentic and functional.
Working with children in the past, has given me great insight into people's struggles at any age. I have extensive experience helping adults navigating transitions related to moving, new professional opportunities, loss, grief, and new parenting. I enjoy working with people facing depression, anxiety, relationship, and identity issues.
