Hello! I'm a bilingual Marriage and Family therapist with over 5 years of experienced. I use a collaborative and holistic approach to work with adolescents, adults, and families, who struggle with depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, and stressful life transitions. I also have experience working with individuals diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I have experience working with families after crisis situations and find ways to navigate, stabilize, and build a strong foundation that support lasting stability. I have experience seeing couples exploring effective communication and connection.
