My ideal client would be someone who struggles with outer challenges in life. I am looking for someone who is actively pursuing personal growth but needs a small push toward the finish line. An ideal client is prepared to better their life for their own and their loved ones' sake.
I use science-based techniques like cognitive-behavioral motivational interviews, solution-focused brief therapy, and teaching better communication skills using interpersonal therapy techniques. I also use mindfulness to help them create insight within their own lives with the purpose of developing better habits.
I like to offer a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to create a creative and open environment to help my clients overcome life struggles by searching for clues that allow us to work on developing the best version of themselves.
