I have experience working with children, adolescents, individual adults, couples and families. I have found that Cognitive Behavior Therapy is helpful at the beginning of therapy to decrease bothersome symptoms. Then, we will explore and process patterns of attachment and or trauma, that may be contributing to you feeling stuck.
It is an honor for me to walk along side my clients. I help clients work through depression, anxiety and many other issues affecting their mood. I also enjoy working with couples who are struggling in communication and connection with their partner. I am trained in Core Attachment Pattern Therapy.
