I have helped people utilize effective coping strategies to help manage anxiety, develop communication skills needed to set healthy boundaries, and express mental and emotional needs in relationships. I also assist people in improving self-care and self-esteem.
My therapeutic style is humanistic which focuses on building self understanding and awareness. I have a cognitive, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy and I help people develop the coping strategies needed to address and accept uncomfortable thoughts and emotions that block their paths to personal fulfillment.
