I have supported individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, mood diagnoses, impacted self-esteem, trauma, communication and interpersonal struggles.
My therapeutic approaches are Strength-Based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, Person Centered and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My approaches also extend to spiritual exploration, ecotherapy, mindfulness, somatic work and dimensions of wellness practices.
I empower Black individuals & POC to show up as their most authentic and uncensored self while learning self-compassion. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, honest, culturally sensitive and respectful space. Lastly, my goal is to help you walk in the love and abundance you were born with.
