I use a combination of building self awareness to your thoughts, self talk and also noticing how your body is reacting to your environment. This helps to identify triggers to anxiety, depression, PTSD episodes. Once we can identify your triggers we can then begin to address them.
As I work with clients, I bring awareness to aspects of their life that they may not be able to see. Together we work as a team to help challenge past thought patterns into new ones that can be empowering and productive.
