The goal of my therapeutic practice is to create an analytic and intuitive space to help you work on exploring and resolving your unconscious thoughts and conflicts that might be the basis of your mental distress. Fostering deeper acceptance and understanding of your unconscious thoughts and wishes can provide relief from depression, alleviate anxiety, and improve interpersonal relationships. I have empathy, openness, and an eye for psychodynamics that allows this space to be recreated each week throughout our therapeutic relationship.
I offer a unique synthesis of psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches that will allow you to delve into self-improvement that will eventually lead you to a happier, fuller life.
