Alexis Arnette, LPC Alexis Arnette is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia who has been practicing since 2015. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Spelman College and a Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Alexis believes two things very strongly: that all health starts in the gut and that behavioral is the dance we do to the emotional music in our hearts. Dr. Geoffrey Fowler, Psy. D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who conducts psychotherapy and psychological testing for clients ages six through geriatric. His psychotherapy integrates humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, emotional-processing, and insight-gathering approaches for mood disorders, anxiety, anger, behavioral issues, and life-transition concerns. He also has experience helping clients in the LGBTQ community and clients going through transitions. His psychological testing focuses on evaluating for ADHD, emotional disorders, learning disabilities, academic achievement, and PTSD.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in providing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. In therapy, I draw upon a variety of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems techniques to help patients identify areas for growth and change and recognize what may be impeding achievement of their goals, while drawing upon their existing strengths. Most importantly, I adjust my style to align with each patient's particular needs, and strive to have my patients feel heard, supported, and less alone. Particular areas of clinical interest include trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and family conflict. I also have experience conducting psychoeducational assessments.

Dr. Golden is a licensed clinical psychologist. She graduated from the Catholic University of America in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts and in 1998 with a Masters of Arts, both in Psychology. She pursued doctoral education through Kent State University, graduating with her Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 2006. Dr. Golden completed post-doctoral training at Akron Children's Hospital and the National Institute of Mental Health.
