I have worked with clients struggling to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and relationships for the duration of my career. From elementary aged children to senior citizens, I've helped clients identify the source(s) of these challenges, assess the right techniques to best address the symptoms, create achievable goals, and determine the skills that will help maintain those positive changes. My clients are often motivated to make positive improvement across multiple areas of their lives. We also discuss being intentional in how to approach situations, allowing for clients to consistently show up as the best version of themselves.

With 17 years of experience as a licensed school counselor, I have extensive experience helping children and teens cope with anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral issues, peer relationships, self-esteem, school issues, and life transitions. I also offer support for parents and families who need help navigating grief, divorce, and co-parenting. Art Therapy is a specialized form of therapy that uses a combination of verbal and visual approaches to access inner thoughts and feelings. Expression often occurs directly through the safety of the artwork. Art therapy can help people of all ages with expression of feelings in a safe way and can help develop a sense of self and mastery of skill. Anyone can benefit from Art Therapy, and I currently specialize in children, adolescents, and adults. My range of specialties include anxiety, depression, life changes, self-esteem and stress.

I have been an athlete my whole life and played baseball in college. Understanding the stress and pressure to perform, I specialize in working with student athletes who are struggling emotionally on and off the field.
