I specialize in helping people create & learn to use effective solutions for solving their problems-in-living. To do this, we first assess life goals, troublesome situations & relationships. Then, we work together to design & implement strategies & tactics for change. After working with me to set & review realistic goals, my client's role is to understand & put into practice the agreed-upon approaches. We monitor progress and change the tactics, as-needed, until goals have been achieved.
