I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on various issues. Sometimes that work involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times, our work centered around longstanding topics of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. With years of both institutional and outpatient experience, I enjoy helping people move from a place they can no longer tolerate to one where they feel happier and more effective.
