I have worked with both adults and children with a range of diagnoses including, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger management, ODD, ADHD, emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, and self esteem issues. Staci Dungee is a Virginia native who currently holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Virginia, a Master of Science degree in Clinical Health Psychology from Virginia State University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Staci has been working in the mental health field since 2012 and is currently a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor- Supervisee.

Debbie Parker is a Resident in Counseling with over 20 years of experience. She has a passion for working with families and children experiencing the effects of trauma. Debbie's specialties include PTSD, relationship building, anger management in adolescents, and more.

Mary Thompson is a Resident in Counseling in Virginia who has been practicing since 2023. She has an MEd, Leadership and Supervision and an MS, Mental Health Counseling. Mary has experience working with various children and adolescents who have a variety of needs including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and interpersonal communication skills. She is able to build trusting relationships with clients and meet them where they are emotionally. Mary explores goals of counseling with the client to develop a reasonable treatment plan.
