My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral to help empower and motivate change in clients and their families. I strive to help adults using a non-judgmental and supportive approach. My focus is on helping you better understand the relationship between your thoughts and feelings.

Caitlyn works with adults ages 18 and older. Her areas of clinical experience include couples counseling, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family of origin concerns, stress management, communication skills, coping skills, adjustment, life/role transitions, caregiving concerns with focus on Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia caregiving.
