Alex Fleche, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), has gained extensive experience since 2010 in working with adolescents, adults, and families in individual, group, and family therapy settings. Alex has come to believe in the inherent value and worth of all individuals, and the incredible ability of all people to persevere and thrive in the face of great challenges. Currently Alex specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of anxiety disorders including anxiety, panic, phobias and OCD, as well as depression, bipolar disorder, and general life stress and transitions.

Since 2010, I have been in private practice helping women and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health issues, everyday stressors and adjustments to life’s everchanging dynamics and stressors. I am trained in EMDR therapy through EMDRIA and can provide this effectively via telehealth. I love EMDR because it is a root-cause approach and can be used for the vast majority of presenting issues. Together, with the client, we work as a team to achieve their desired goals.

My ideal client is one who is willing to explore more effective strategies for navigating their challenges. I would enjoy working with someone curious about improving the quality of their life and motivated to explore change. I believe anyone can fearlessly divorce behaviors that compromise a healthy lifestyle. Through client-centered care, I seek to help my clients develop their definition of success and begin working toward it by building confidence and generalizing skill use. My hope is to empower those I serve to examine their truths from different perspectives and to challenge their own perceptions.

She also holds a Master's degree in Forensic & Legal Psychology from Marymount University. As a resident, she is working towards her licensure to become an LPC. Bansri provides services for adolescents, individuals, and couples. Bansri works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship dysfunction, transitional stressors, and well as family conflicts.

As a substance abuse counselor & certified interventionist, who specializes in treatment services for adolescents & adults, it is my goal to address the individual's addiction, identify their needs, & goals for long-term success. As a clinician, it is important to understand the full spectrum of the individual's substance use, the impact their use has had on their family members, and identify goals to ensure their long-term success.
