Hi, my name is Dr. Dionne Dauphin Green. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 11 years of experience. I focus on the family, including adults and children, using cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused therapy to help my clients to obtain a clearer perspective on life. I have experience in working with adults and children with a history of inpatient mental health treatment, substance abuse, and crisis management. I have also worked alongside families and children in the juvenile justice system.

My primary goal as a Mental Health therapist intern is to create a safe and empathetic space where you can openly express your thoughts and feelings without any judgment. Dr. Huebner's approach is collaborative and experiential. She believes that clients have an innate ability to heal and strives to meet them where they are in a non-pathologizing way. She is certified as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and has completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT) as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), all empirically validated treatment approaches for adult individuals and couples. She has also received additional training in mindfulness practice and interpersonal neurobiology, both of which she draws upon to inform her clinical practice.

I view therapy as a joint venture in healing and growth and an interactive process that provides possibilities for change and hope. Everyone's situation and experiences are unique. Together we will explore your presenting issues and concerns to meet your goals. In my work, I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution oriented, trauma focused and humanistic approaches. I also believe that our mind and body are closely integrated, and greater awareness and understanding of the mind-body connection and related practices like mindfulness, can help a person more effectively cope with stress, trauma, depression, etc.

The most courageous thing we can do is to learn, rather unlearn, behaviors and patterns that are no longer serving us. Izabela Osiniecka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia. She received both her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Community Action and Social Change and her Master of Social Work at the University of Michigan. She has experience working with adults with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. Izabela has worked in short-term and long-term inpatient hospitals as well as college settings.

I am passionate about helping individuals live a lighter, more authentic and fulfilling life. My sessions highlight the importance of learning tools and strategies to regulate the nervous system in response to stress. Through tapping into the body’s natural healing processes, you will identify which key skills work for you and begin to create a life worth living.
