I am optimistic in my therapeutic approach helping ladies with reproductive mental health, and couples, families, and individuals (adolescents/adults) who struggle with issues that affect their daily functioning. Life today is stressful under good circumstances but when life throws us off balance we need a safe place to process our thoughts and feelings to regain wellness in our life.

Welcome! My name is Jennifer, and I help neurodivergent adults navigate personal and professional challenges related to ADHD and Autism. Currently, I offer therapy services and diagnostic evaluations to adults in Virginia. My approach is strengths-based, empowering, and neurodiversity-affirming. Whatever difficulties you are facing, we will work together to tap into your strengths, remove the roadblocks that are getting in your way, and build a life that is meaningful and fulfilling.

With a compassionate, genuine, and non judgemental approach, my goal is to see individuals and couples working toward a happier, healthier life. Healing from trauma allows us to be more present to enjoy life, relate better with our loved ones, and move forward to achieve our full potential. In addition, in my practice I work with first and second generation immigrants. For the last 17 years I have provided bilingual services in English and Spanish. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and Family Systems.

I am currently accepting new clients. I work with individual adults whose goals are to enhance the quality of their lives through counseling. I provide only telehealth counseling, which consists of both audio and visual communication in real time via either a client's computer or smart phone. Telehealth counseling provides access for people who are limited on time or do not want to travel to obtain counseling.
