Currently I offer Music/Creative Arts Sessions, Creating Mindfulness-Stress Management Practices, Life Coaching, Experiential Modalities. I plan to return to providing therapy to adult clients after a short break.

I have experience working with young adults and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with individuals 18 years and older. My clinical specialities include anxiety, depression, issues related to divorce, adjustment disorder, and behavioral disorders. My therapeutic interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy.

My ideal client will allow me to help him or her to grow and to heal. This requires the client to believe in the possibility of trust, hope, and change. The ideal client is honest and willing to take some risk. Just coming to a counselor is a big risk!
