I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues. I also have a heart for working with educators and service professionals. Clients come to me feeling stuck, ready for change, and not knowing where to begin to transform one or many areas of their lives. Through our work together, clients gain perspective, strategies, and empowerment to develop overall emotional, mental, and relational wellbeing.
